FAPA 100
The Florida Academy of Physician Assistants is excited to announce the formation of a new group for Physician Assistants. This group, which will become one of the most influential groups in health care in Florida, will be known as The FAPA 100. The purpose of this group will be to bring about needed changes in the Physician Assistant practice rules and regulations.
The requirement for membership will be that these committed Physician Assistants will donate $100.00, when asked by the leadership, to specific legislative candidates. These non-exempt donations will occur infrequently, and usually during the election cycles.
There will be a special ribbon to be attached to the name badge, identifying members of the FAPA 100, presented at FAPA conferences, and your name will be listed, with your permission, on the FAPA web site.
Please contact Michael Funk, Current Chairman of the FAPA 100, for information regarding joining this important club. Your membership will change the future for Physician Assistants in Florida!
Sincerely,
Michael Funk, PA-C, MPH
